COLD PORCELAIN

Cold porcelain is an inexpensive, non-toxic, easy-to-work-with material. Despite its name, it is not porcelain. The main component is corn starch, which, when mixed with other ingredients, creates a smooth porcelain texture.  This product is then used to create an art piece  with a porcelain look.
